The Bakery is located in a 1950s-era, log cabin-like building in Jacksonville, FL, and is owned and operated by Ty Cobbs. Descended from a long line of master bakers, Ty continues the family tradition of milling flour on site to ensure fresh and great-tasting pastries and bread. By producing 20 kilos of flour in less than an hour, Ty and his staff are able to constantly whip up an endless supply of baked goods, from buttery croissants to a variety of cookies. In addition to using flour in our bakery, we also offer it for sale, so you can make delicious food treats at home.
In addition to our commitment to producing a fresh and appetizing array of baked goods, we also strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for customers. Our motto is when you come into our bakery, the bakery is yours. We treat you like family and want to make you feel comfortable and at ease as you enjoy a pastry and sip on a hot cup of coffee.
We also give back to the community by serving coffee from a local coffee vendor and hiring local college kids.
